working principle:
Powdered materials are quantitatively fed into the main hopper of the rolling plate through a vibrating feeding hopper and a transverse spiral feeding hopper, and uniformly added to the main hopper of the rolling plate to maintain a constant amount of material particles. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral in the main hopper of the rolling plate precompresses the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped grooves of two pressure rollers. The surfaces of the two pressure rollers are evenly distributed with semi flat circular arc-shaped grooves or diamond shaped grooves of the same shape. Through the meshing transmission of a pair of gears, the two pressure rollers rotate at the same speed and in the opposite direction. The material conveyed to the groove by the conical spiral is bitten into the groove and compressed instantly. After compression, the material gradually decreases with the pressure under the action of its elasticity and gravity, falls off from the groove and enters the crushing and granulation system according to the user's particle size. Require sieving and grading to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements, and the undersized powder should be returned to the vibrating hopper for recycling.
